Motel Mozaïque, is a multi-disciplinary festival in Rotterdam. Now in it’s 11th this year, the 3-day event plays host to a fascinating and organic mix of music, art and performance with exhibitions and installations popping up throughout the city in some surprising locations. As part of the 3 day event, Stephan Boontje, threw open the doors to his opulent squat in the historic Brenninkmeijers building to host an exhibit entitled Fou Maison.
Over 600 people poured through the doors of Stephan’s house-cum-gallery on the opening night. I exhibited alongside Stephan and local artists Iwan Smit – Daan Botlek – Joost Haas and Richie Lopez.
